   Some context:I've been playing Bounding main of Thieves for years at present, without whatever trouble installing it, or anything, simply today when I tried to play with it, it crashed multiple times, so I thought I would re-install it. I searched ''Ocean of thieves''- Right click - Uninstall, so I opened MS store to install it. At the start time I tried to install it on my ''D'' hard-drive my secondary hard-bulldoze but I couldn't for some reason. Then I tried to install it on my chief drive ''C". It said ''Installation started...''. I waited for an 60 minutes when I came dorsum it said Error and try over again. I tried once again. Sa

   Kindly follow the below steps.

   Pace 1: Launch Microsoft Store and click on the Account icon on the height right corner of Microsoft Store.

   Footstep 2: Enter the email address that you used during the purchase of Sea Of Thieves game. (The email address that you take received every bit purchase verification mail for Bounding main Of Thieves).

   Step 3: Once you lot have logged into Microsoft Shop, search for Sea Of Thieves game by clicking on the Search bar on the peak right corner of Microsoft Shop.

   Step 4: Select the Sea Of Thieves game, download and install.

3. I cannot download Sea of Thieves on PC from microsoft shop.

   Hi Christopher,

   Sorry for the delayed response. Nosotros identified this issue regards downloading Sea of Thieves from Windows Store App and we however working on it to fix the trouble. As a workaround, nosotros propose following the steps below:

   • Cancel all existing download on the Store app.
   • Start the download of Bounding main of Thieves over again.
   • Equally soon as the download starts, immediately restart the computer.
     
   • Afterwards the reboot, do not launch the Store app instead look for the passive download which you tin check in the Action Centre. Then it will automatically install by itself and then open the game without any issues.
     

   
   For any results, please let us know.
